The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), on April 8, 2025, issued a circular clarifying that the last date to avail Input Tax Credit (ITC) on invoices from FY 2023-24 is the 30th of November 2025, unless otherwise specified. Businesses are advised to reconcile their books and claim eligible ITC in time to avoid loss of credit.
